These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by JAGMenZ Roadside Assistance & Recovery LLC. a provider of roadside assistance services, including: battery jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout services (“Services”). By requesting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You must also be the registered owner of the vehicle needing service. You must also be present with the vehicle needing service in order to be able to sign the general release waiver and agree to service. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

JAGMenZ Roadside Assistance & Recovery provides on-demand roadside assistance. The specific services available may include:

  • Battery jump-start

  • Flat tire assistance

  • Fuel delivery

  • Lockout service

Services are subject to time guidelines based on driver and incident location.

3. Service Limitations

We may decline to provide services if:

  • The vehicle is in an unsafe location.

  • Conditions (e.g., weather, terrain) make service impractical or dangerous.

  • The service request exceeds the reasonable scope of roadside assistance.

Services are intended for non-commercial, personal vehicles only.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Payments may be made via credit/debit card, mobile payment apps, or cash. No personal checks, gift cards, or barter services will be accepted.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We will inform you of the estimated cost based on the service expectation during the initial phone consultation.

  • Once on site, a work order with the total cost of services will be provided for customer review and signature.

  • Customer agrees to pay all fees associated with the services documented and performed, including any additional charges (e.g. mileage, fuel costs & reimbursements).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service request before a technician is dispatched for a full refund. If a technician is en route or has arrived, a service fee may apply. Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically processed within 7 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate location details and vehicle information.

  • You must ensure the safety of yourself and others at the scene until help arrives.

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and cooperate with our technicians.

7. No Warranty

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or reliability of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAGMenZ Roadside Assistance & Recovery LLC. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAGMenZ Roadside Assistance & Recovery LLC. and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Customer Records and Billing database via clover. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
